About Aljude
We believe everyone has energy inside them, and our role is to give them the chance and the tools to take off.
Since Aljude was founded in 2000, we have turned ideas into practical initiatives that open the door for young people, teachers and creators to take part in making change.
We don't offer ready-made solutions. We build capacity, provide tools and create partnerships that help individuals and communities keep going and make their own impact.
Many milestones, accumulated experience, and results on the ground we are proud of.
Our Values
Simple values we hold on to in every idea, every project and every partnership.
We turn ideas into real steps on the ground.
We believe persistence and responsibility are the foundation of success.
We always look for the simplest, most practical solution.
We believe change is stronger when we work together.
We look for new and better ways to face challenges.
We try, learn, adjust and keep going until we get there.
Our Team
A team brought together by passion, working in harmony and with love for what it does, giving every idea the attention and energy it needs to become reality.
The first spark.
He loves bold ideas and believes the best way to test any idea is to start. Aljude's founder, with a philosophy that action comes before words, and that a little can go a long way.
From idea to reality.
She founded Aljude 25 years ago, combining organisation, attention to detail and the determination to keep the team on track.
When the work needs a driving force.
He follows projects in the field and makes sure ideas stay practical, doable and close to people.
Follow-through and attention to detail.
She works behind the scenes, keeps things in order and makes sure everything is organised and ready on time.
Always close to the projects: he helps move ideas forward and stays in touch with people so things get done on the ground.
She captures the moments, makes the videos and clips, and runs Aljude’s presence on social media.
Behind the scenes: he organises content, supports the admin work and looks after the project websites.
She calls, follows up and makes sure no person or detail gets lost along the way.
