The Essence
The first spark.
Change starts from within.
We look for the simplest solution.
Partnership makes the idea bigger.
7
years of work.
Sonbola is an initiative that empowers public school teachers to turn school challenges into ideas and practical solutions, and to carry out projects led by teachers and students in partnership with the local community, improving the school environment and creating lasting impact.
Participants are trained in the Sonbola methodology and life skills, which help them think practically, work in teams, communicate and make decisions. They then apply what they learned through real projects in their schools. After implementation, the projects go through stages of evaluation and competition, all the way to the national level.
