It aims to plant leadership skills in university students so they become leaders in their communities, through practical and academic workshops focused on innovation, creativity and self-awareness.

We launched Hikmat Leaders for carefully selected university students, believing that leadership can be learned, and that young people do not need long years of trial and error to start discovering the leader within.
Over four months, participants live an intensive hands-on experience that puts them in real leadership situations and scenarios; they learn by doing, not by rote. They face challenges, make decisions, work in teams, and learn how to lead themselves, communicate effectively and influence others.
Hikmat Leaders offers a safe space that helps participants discover their leadership abilities, develop their own leadership style, and build confidence through experience, mentoring and engagement with a range of leaders and expertise.
The goal is not only for participants to learn about leadership, but to practise it and build their character as leaders able to create positive impact.
